Create an induction program for new employees.
The purpose
Introduce the team to the company's founders, its values and mission, and provide a feel for what it's like to work for the company.
Key highlights of the course
The course was delivered with a blended approach. New employees completed the online module prior to attending their induction day to meet the team.
Use of the participant's name throughout the online module to personalise the experience.
The brand's vibe was translated through a casual and fun design.

The station training formed the second part of the induction.
The purpose
Familiarise the team with their work environment prior to their first shift.
Key highlights of the course
The course was delivered with a blended approach. New employees completed the online module prior to their first shift and during their first shift, they worked alongside a Team Leader to practice what their learned online.
Use of microlearning to enhance knowledge retention.
Each module mirrored their work environment to enhance immersive learning and knowledge retention.
Use of engaging activities that replicated the requirements of the job.
